HomeINFOC Academy
Build skills for the work you want to do.
Develop Microsoft skills for business applications, data, cloud, automation and AI. Choose a role-based learning direction or shape a team programme around the work people need to handle.

Choose who the learning is for
An individual learning goal and a team capability requirement need different starting points.
Explore the technology areas
Explore business applications, data, cloud and workplace tools. Choose the area that fits the role or responsibility you want to develop.
Business Central functional
For finance and operations roles: company setup, purchasing, sales, inventory and standard business processes.
Business Central development
For developers: AL extensions, integration, version control and maintaining customisations through updates.
Fabric and Power BI
For data and reporting roles: data preparation, semantic models, DAX, visualisation and governed reporting.
Azure and security
For cloud roles: infrastructure, identity, access, monitoring and operational responsibility.
Microsoft 365 and automation
For workplace and workflow roles: administration, collaboration, Power Platform and everyday automation.
Copilot and AI agents
For AI-related roles: use cases, knowledge sources, tools, evaluation and responsible operation.
Turn a learning goal into a clear brief
Discuss the fit before committing to a particular course or programme.
Name the role or task you want to become more capable of handling.
Describe your existing knowledge, platform access and experience.
Ask about the relevant scope, prerequisites, format and availability.
Planning your learning
Clear expectations before you make an enquiry.
How do I choose between a learning path and team learning?
Use learning paths to explore an individual direction. Use team learning when several people need capability tied to shared tasks or a platform.
Where are the course dates, fees and delivery formats?
Contact the India desk to confirm current options, dates, fees, format and prerequisites for your requirement.
Does learning guarantee certification or employment?
No. Certification requirements are set by the credential provider. Learning enquiries and Talents Gateway enquiries do not guarantee exam results or employment.
Build understanding, then demonstrate it
A useful Microsoft learning path connects concepts, practice and a clear explanation of the result. Use these stages to plan your development.
Start with the problem the technology helps solve. Follow a purchase through approval, a data source into a report, or an employee through access setup. Learn the vocabulary, dependencies and controls before changing configuration.
Use a training environment and synthetic data to complete a task from beginning to end. Include an exception: a rejected approval, missing data or an access failure. Record how you identified the cause and checked your correction.
Prepare a short walkthrough of what you built, the choices you made and the limits of your solution. Keep a process map, test record, report or runbook that another person can understand without watching the entire exercise.
Compare your evidence with the tasks expected in your target role. Identify what you can repeat independently and where you still need guidance. Use that gap to choose further practice, certification preparation or a team learning goal.
What practical learning can look like
These example exercises show how product knowledge becomes useful work. They are learning ideas to shape your brief, not a published course timetable.
Finance and operations
In Business Central, trace a sample purchase from order to receipt and invoice. Explain the effect on inventory and finance, test an incorrect entry, and document the checks a user should perform before posting.
Data and reporting
Take a small sales dataset through preparation, a Power BI model and a management report. Define the measures, reconcile totals to the source and explain what a decision-maker can safely conclude from the figures.
Cloud and workplace
Map the access needed for a sample team, separate everyday work from administration and write a support checklist. Explain how permissions, monitoring and recovery affect the people using the environment.
Automation and AI
Design an approval workflow or a knowledge assistant around one bounded task. Identify the data it can use, test a failure case and show when a person must review or take over the result.
