What we collect
- Contact and enquiry details you submit through our forms (name, work email, organisation, message).
- Engagement and support information when you work with INFOC.
- Technical context attached to a form you submit: the page, referrer, campaign parameters, time zone, locale and the approximate country of your connection (never your IP address, which we keep only as a one-way hash). No analytics cookie is used.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and route them to the correct team.
- To deliver and support the services we have agreed with you.
- To measure content performance and support campaign measurement, only if you allow the analytics or marketing category.
Legal basis and consent
We rely on legitimate interest to respond to business enquiries, on contract to deliver agreed services, and on consent for non-essential analytics and marketing. You can change your consent at any time through cookie settings in the footer.
Cookies
This site writes no cookie of its own — your consent choice and a few similar entries are kept in your browser's local storage instead. The analytics and marketing categories stay off until you allow them; allowing analytics loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which do set cookies. See the

We share personal data only with processors that support our operations (for example hosting, CRM and communication providers) under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal and contractual obligations, or to resolve disputes.

We apply identity, access, encryption in transit, monitoring and organisational controls appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
